Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and delivers a role-based training program for
caregivers
Creates and maintains training materials and training
environments
Trains and credentials additional classroom trainers and supports
ongoing training plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or
equivalent work experience
Current Epic or Third Party application/curriculum/training
environment build certification
One year of Epic or Third Party application training experience
At least three years of clinical or financial experience within a
healthcare operational role
Experience with electronic medical record keeping systems
