Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes internal policies for loan relationship management and
ensures quality service processes
Directs and evaluates the performance of the loan service team
while overseeing the loan servicing lifecycle
Maintains relationships with vendors and communicates regularly
with the Mortgage Leadership Team regarding pipeline status and
closing results
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
Extensive market experience in the New England region
Proven ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers
Ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and develop
strong relationships
Bachelor's Degree required
