Facility: Broadway Hospital Location: Fargo, ND Address: 801 Broadway N, Fargo, ND 58102, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $24.00 - $33.00 Pay Info: Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. $7,500 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment. Department Details Schedule: Rotate through different shifts: 0630-1500, 0900-1730, 1100-1930. Stay late shifts and call shifts will be assigned weekly. Each staff member can expect one call shift per week and a call weekend every month. The call shifts are off-site call and are not routinely in-house. On-call is typically at the Broadway campus but may be assigned to cover General team call at SMCF, as needed. The call shifts at SMCF are either 1100-1930 or 1500-2330. 13 bed OR providing care for adult and pediatric surgical patients. We support surgical cases within a wide range of surgical specialties including: General Surgery, Bariatrics, Urology, Gynecology, Robotics, Kidney Transplants, Plastics, Ear-Nose-Throat, Oncology, Colorectal, Oral Surgery, & Pediatric Dentistry. Job Summary Surgical technologists are an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. Qualifications Position requirements: -- A graduate of a Surgical Technology program. -- Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins. -- National certification preferred, but not required.
