Job Description: Provides nursing care to patients defined by the unit's scope of care. Under the direction of the RN, collaborates with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient's individualized needs. Education Qualifications:

• Education as required for licensure. Schedule for this position will be: 12 hours shifts rotating 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. You can expect a 50/50 split for day/night rotation, with every other weekend and holiday. Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.
  • Must have completed IV medication courses through LPN curriculum or be IV certified prior to hire.
  • Must obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
